After creating your subscription on the site and the 1st week of payment, you will receive an intake form from us by e-mail within 15 minutes. Here you can indicate your preferences, such as high carb, low carb, allergies, delivery location, etc. Fill this in for us and we’ll get started!
If you order before Thursday 10 p.m., your meal will be delivered the following week on the day and location of your choice (from Sunday).
Sunday evening, Tuesday evening and Thursday evening
We will personally coordinate with you which time slot suits you. We deliver every week on Sunday evening, Tuesday evening or Thursday evening.
We debit the amount weekly from your account on the day of your registration.
Yes this is possible of course. We ask you to send us an e-mail or use the form in our customer service area with the dates on which you want to pause your subscription at least 2 weeks prior to, for example, your holiday. For this you can use this form. Also state your name, surname and type of subscription. We always pause deliveries per week (minimum 1 week).

Of course! Your meal prep is completely tailored to you. After registering, we ask you to fill in an intake. You can tell us your personal wishes here, including your allergies.
No, we have calculated these costs in the meal price. If you have changes, they can be made in consultation.
Yes, you can put the monthly subscription on your company name. In addition, you can also have your company lunch provided by Tessa’s Meal Prep. You can read more about this here.
