Homemade vegan rendang from jackfruit. The jack fruit is flavored with various Indonesian herbs. It lies on a crispy rotivel with spiced basmati rice, string beans and spinach. You also get sweet and sour vegetables of cabbage and cucumber. A fantastic Indonesian stew.

jackfruit, lemongrass, shallots, basmati rice, spinach, cranberries, string beans, roti, ginger, garlic, cinnamon, cloves, cucumber, white cabbage, coconut milk, honey, turmeric, chili, bay leaf, pomegranate, chia seed, linseed, peanut oil, pepper, salt & olive oil.

Heating instructions

This meal can be eaten hot or cold. Do you want to heat it? Then my preference is:
Oven: Remove the top seal film form the dish and put it in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°c.
Microwave: Remove the top seal film from the dish and place it in the microwave for 3-4 minutes at 750w.
