Every week I certainly try to eat smoked mackerel once a week. It is not only tasty, but also extremely rich in saturated fat and in omega 3 fatty acids. I serve the smoked fish with fresh radish, roasted onion and beetroot, capers and ricotta. With it you get a creamy lemon-dill dressing based on low-fat yogurt.
