The reason that most people gain weight is that they eat too much during the day and exercise too little. As a personal trainer I have found that my clients are not able to estimate the portion size of the meal and that they simply don't know what a healthy meal consists of. Due to the large portions, they consume too many calories per day and eventually gain weight. A meal can quickly become high in calories due to the amount of carbohydrates in a meal. That's why we developed the low-carb meal prep that focuses on volume. We mean by volume: a large portion of vegetables, proteins and healthy fats. The vegetables are full of fibers that leave you feeling full for a longer period of time. So you can eat more while consuming less kcal.
