Effortless Nutrition In 3 Easy Steps
1. pre-order your meal prep
You can choose between Lean (low carb), Balanced (Low-High Carb Mix) and Strong (High Carb) meal packages.
2. choose how many meals you want to receive and how many days
You can choose between 4 or 5 days a week After that you can choose from 1 meal per day, 2 meals per day or 2 meals with a snack.
3. enter your details & pay your first week
With the first payment, you give us an authorization with which we can debit the monthly installment. It’s that easy.
Tessa's tip: not found the time to eat your meal prep? No problem! The meals can be kept in the refrigerator for 3 days or you can freeze it.
