How does it work?
We deliver your meal plan to your home or to a number of gyms in Amsterdam on fixed days. The bar staff at the gym will make sure your bag is ready.

step one
1. Pre-order your meal plan
You can choose from Lean (low-carb), Balanced (mix of low-carb and rich) and Strong (high-carb) meal plans.

Step two
2. Choose how many meals you want and for how many days
You can choose between 3, 4 or 5 days a week. After that you can choose between 1 meal a day, 2 meals a day or 2 meals with a snack.

STEP THREE
3. Fill in your details and pay for your first week.
Choose your delivery day, fill in your personal details and pay by credit card or iDeal.

4. Payment
The payment will automatically continue via SEPA direct debit. This will be debited weekly. On our website you can easily pause your subscription via the customer portal. Please note that you must submit the pause before Thursday at 22:00, so that it will be applied for the next delivery.

step five
5. Delivery!
Select your preferred delivery time at checkout.
First delivery
If you order before 10pm on Thursday, your meal will be delivered the following week on the day and location of your choice (from Sunday).
Freeze it.
No time to eat your meal? No problem! The meal will keep for 4 days in the fridge or you can freeze it.
